Game Recap

Tonight was a tough game against the Jaguars for the Patriots. Northwest came out very strong with high pressuring and they had some great chances in the first half, which lead to be 1-0 over the Patriots. When the second half started, the roles reversed and the Patriots were doing everything they could to get a goal. It wasn’t until the end of the second half that the Patriots scored. It was off a corner taken by Sophomore Jillian Gonzales, who played a nice ball right to Sophomore Alex Poltorak to finish. This tied the game 1-1, but unfortunately as soon as it restarted after the Patriots goal, Northwest countered and got a goal right back making the final score 2-1. This was the Patriots first lost in the division. The Patriots will play the rescheduled Quince Orchard game on October 13th away.
