Meet Recap

Wootton girls played the second to last game of the regular season away and came home with a sweep. All of the seniors played in addition to the alternates. Varna Kishore anchored at 1st singles and won easily, followed by Ameya Sampath at 2nd singles. Puja Terse played very well at 3rd singles and overpowered her opponent. Winnie Liang held her opponent scoreless at 4th singles as well. Leah Surikov and Seneka Epasinghe won easily at 1st doubles, and Maanassa Maandhavan and Michelle Badalov won at 2nd doubles, only giving up one game. Finally, freshman Grace Evans and sophomore Kara brought it home with a decisive win at 3rd doubles. One more regular season match on Monday for our Senior Day celebration!
